Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the yefi platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. yefi reserves the right to update them with 14 days' notice posted on the platform. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade digital assets in your country of residence. yefi accounts are for personal or authorized business use only — automated abuse, scraping, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination.

Responsibilities & Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. yefi will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility until you report a breach.

Completing identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are enabled. Providing false information during KYC is a violation of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the yefi platform — including the trading interface, logo, written content, and underlying software — is the exclusive property of yefi and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

yefi is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network outages outside our infrastructure, or user error in placing orders. Crypto trading carries inherent risk — past performance does not indicate future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yefi's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

yefi integrates third-party services for fiat payments, identity verification, and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms. yefi is not responsible for their conduct, but selects partners who meet our compliance standards.

Account Security

yefi enforces mandatory two-factor authentication for withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending review.

Your Rights

You may request export of your transaction history at any time. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Balances are returned after all pending transactions clear and identity is confirmed.

Changes to These Terms

yefi will notify users of material changes via email and platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available in the legal section. Last updated: January 1, 2026.
